Plastic back and seat are made of original copolymer raw material by injection moulding method, metal parts are made of 25 Qx2 mm steel pipe.
Colour pigments with maximum light fastness are used and UV and antioxidant additives prevent colour fading and chalking.
Burning is delayed with FR additive. This feature is certified with UL 94 – V2 report.
The folding mechanism works with the centre of gravity and is hidden inside the sheet metal parts.
Polyamide material used in the mechanism prevents deformation of the folding mechanism and noise during closing.
It has orthopaedic seating feature. It has a structure that will not disturb the back and legs.
There is an oval number place on the back of the seat.
The metal parts are cleaned by sandblasting the entire surface before the painting process. Firstly, it is coated with primer paint and then with outdoor paint. It has been subjected to a 500-hour salt water fog test for corrosion.
The metal parts are specially produced according to the height of the step to which it will be connected and a seating height of 45 cm is provided. It can be produced as 3-point dock-mounted, with common feet to the floor, with L connection or armrests on low steps.

• Plastic Seat and Backrest are produced by high quality copolymer P.P moulded by injection; metal frame produced by 250×2 mm steel frame.
• UV and Antioxidant additives are used in color masterbatch with highest light-fastness color pigments to prevent color fade. (Light Resistance-EN ISO 4892-2)
• FR(fire retardant) additive is used to delay inflaming. Classified as UL94 V2 standard.
• Tip up mechanism works with counterweigh which has been concealed inside the frame.
• In order to prevent friction between moving parts and noise, polyamide mechanism is used on both sides.
• Orthopedic seating feature, which is comfortable for both the back and legs.
• There is oval numbering place on backrest of the seat.
• Surface of steel frame is sandblasted and undercoated before color is applied. Outdoor qualified powder is used in coating. Frame is tested with 500 hours Neutral Spray Fog test.
• Seat can be mounted directly on step or floor to reach 45 cm seat height with alternative assembly methods. Assembly is made on 3 points after placing galvanised dowels on drilled holes with M8 stainless steel screws.
